This fall, BNL finds itself centre stage in Rome art world, partnering with Azienda Speciale Palaexpo to mount three major exhibitions in the Italian capital.
Vermeer. The Golden Age of Dutch Art
For the first time ever in Italy, 57 of the major representative Flemish paintings are on display at the Scuderie del Quirinale. Among them, visitors will find 8 Vermeer masterpieces, several of which are extremely rare. A unique opportunity to see a range of 17th century Dutch art in Rome.

Robert Doisneau. Paris en liberté
An exhibition of one of the greatest French photographers and the city he loved and immortalized: Paris. More than 240 original black-and-white photographs taken in the City of Light between 1934 and 1991, classified by theme: the gardens, the Seine, the streets of centre-ville, the bistros, the fashion ateliers, and the art galleries. An homage to the photographer who passed away in 1994, the exhibition has already been to Paris and Tokyo, and after Rome will move to the Spazio Oberdan in Milan.

The Silk Road: Old Routes from the Orient to the Occident
For over 2000 years, merchants, pilgrims and soldiers have faced the mountains and the deserts of Central Asia to trade luxury goods, to find sacred texts, to gain knowledge… This exhibition traces the thick network of routes running between the orient and the occident between the 7th and 14th centuries AD.
