As a part of its desire to contribute to society and to encourage its employees to do so as well, Insinger de Beaufort (BNP Paribas Wealth Management in the Netherlands) has entered into a partnership with the innovative organization NederlandCares.

The concept was launched by professionals who felt they wanted to do something profoundly good on the side of their careers…but who quickly realized that this is really difficult to commit to volunteering when you have a job. Therefore they established NederlandCares, a big database with many voluntary jobs on a daily basis for which everybody can sign up to participate in two- to four-hour projects whenever they want.

Over the past year many of our employees became enthusiastic and took the opportunity to do something for society and people that are less fortunate. Some started doing voluntary work in evenings or weekends.
