The Relais pour la vie (“Relay for life”) has been organised by some 20 students from the PPA School of Commerce, with the aim of uniting as many people as possible for one cause: the fight against cancer.
For 12 hours non-stop, relay teams of walkers and runners will circuit the track, in a show of solidarity with cancer sufferers. But this will also be a festive and convivial event, combining art, sports, culture, music, food and much more!

If you’re in Paris this weekend, join us at the Georges Carpentier Stadium (13th arrondissement) Saturday, June 16, from 10am to 10pm. Just email us at partenariats.relaispourlavie75@gmail.com to sign up.

This first “Relais pour la Vie” event has been organised by the Paris committee of the French League against Cancer. Created in 1918, the charity is the largest private and independent financer of cancer research and relies on the generosity of the public and the commitment of its members. Supported by its 717,752 members and 12,798 regular volunteers, the League is made up of 103 departmental committees covering the whole of the French territory and works in three complementary areas: research; information, prevention and promotion of cancer screening; as well as the development of initiatives to help patients and their families and friends.
