“Sport is a perfect meeting place.” That’s the reason why the Challenge Camps, an initiative that brings together disabled children and their more able-bodied peers, has worked so well since they were first held four years ago.

Free and accessible to everyone, these camps provide a great opportunity for young people to exchange and put aside their differences—literally, on a level playing field. The real goal is to have the lessons in integration last well beyond the final whistle.
