The ONGD-FNEL Scouts and Guides for Community Development in Luxembourg Association, established in 1989, has one simple goal: education for all !

Nowadays, ONGD-FNEL takes in charge projects related particularly to education, environment or health in Nepal.

It is the case of the routing and the installations of photovoltaic panels for a children hospital, which allowed this institution to obtain a real energetic autonomy and therefore to be able to operate children at any time.

ONGD-FNEL has been supported by the Coup de pouce programme of the BNP Paribas Foundation Luxembourg.
