Its goal is double-fold:
- to provide economic education to orphan kids at child welfare centers
- to help university students who have received a scholarship from the government to manage their money and learn to be economically independent.
The project encouraged 13 university students to work as interns at BNP Paribas in Cardif Korea after receiving mentoring advice from the internal staff. This helped increase their pride of the company while it also gave them the strong drive to work hard.
To accomplish this goal, six lessons in economy and group outing were successfully completed with the passionate contribution of internal and external volunteers. A very special speech on career development for the university students involved was also given by the HR manager at the wrap-up meeting.
