Following the lead of the BNP Paribas MixCity Association and its counterpart at the Société Générale (“Feminin by Société Générale), the women of the banking, finance and insurance sectors have decided to unite forces and create Financi’Elles.

But if professional women’s networks already exist, what exactly is Financi’Elles? It brings together the women executives and their networks spanning across 8 companies in the sector, including AXA, Barclays, BPCE, BNP Paribas, Caisse des Dépôts, Crédit Agricole CIB, HSBC and Société Générale.

The idea is to bring together the women and the networks of these companies together in order to cultivate a culture of inter-company networking, open exchange of best practices, and diversity.
