After the 2009 Marathon at the city of Luxembourg, where 29 BNP Paribas employees participated Eric Guilbaud, Directeur of Human Resources of BNP Paribas Luxembourg, handed in a cheque of 5 240 € to the association SOS Children’s Villages, at a reception given on June 11th 2009.

This donation will be entirely dedicated to the Socoura school in Mali,in order for the 810 students enrolled to be able to learn in good conditions.

The BNP Paribas runners who participated at the marathon 2009 were present at the ceremony too, and the winners in each category (marathon, semi marathon and relais) received prizes for their commitment and motivation.

BNP Paribas Luxembourg has also been recognized with 1st prize as the most represented company, with the highest number of employees involved.
